289◾️Advising each other in the religion is a means to purity and unity, and no consideration is paid to the gloating of the riffraff Hizbis◾️

Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allah preserve him -

📥Question:

There are some Baraamikah who gloat over the situation surrounding our brother Waleed, and at the same time there are those that are describing it to be like a tornado in a bottle, what's your commentary to this?

📥Answer:

This affair, and other than it, we have forwarded it to our Shaykh Yahya may Allah preserve him, alongside its proofs and evidences, and he is a trustworthy advisor may Allah preserve him, and whoever enters themselves in what the correct understanding thereof hasn't reached them, and what the kindling of the situation is what is to their own benefit, is to return the affair to it's people and to fear Allah, and we are not frightened by anyone by their threats, we don't give any concern except to the pleasure of Allah, and the treading upon purity and brotherhood with our brothers, upon the Qur'an and the Sunnah and the Methodology of the Salaf in what pleases Allah exalted is He.

And what occures as a consequence to the advice of the advisor to those that are mistaken, with the people of the Sunnah it is as said:

سَحَابَةُ صَيْفٍ عَنْ قَلِيلٍ تَقَشَّعُ
The summer clouds soon disappear.

But some people don't see the difference between the clouds of the summer or spring, and the tornados of winter and autumn.

And in the Fitnah of Ali bin Nasir Al-Adani, when we clarified his condition and unveiled his schemes, it was said regarding our advise that it was blowing things out of proportion and a tornado in a bottle, and that regarding Ali that he is a caller to Allah, virtuous.

And it was said regarding our advice, and the advice of those who preceded us in giving advice, in the Fitnah of Ibn Hizaam, that it is a tornado in a bottle, and that he is an 'Allaamah, and that he hasn't got any mistakes.

And other than this of examples, and then when the dust settled it became clear what was beneath every one, and the problem is the lack of taking benefit in every Fitnah, and differing takes place due to speaking ill of the advisers and defending the wrongful with falsehood, and we are not saying that the issue with our brother Waleed is like that of Ibn Hizaam, it is beneath it by a lot, but my brother advice is obligatory in every affair which requires advise.

And in reality what enlarges the differing in every Fitnah which takes place, is the lack of the mistaken acknowledging their mistake, and then there being people that encourage him to be firm upon their mistake, by defending them without due evidence, and then speaking ill of the person who has the evidence with them.

At this Fitnah is enlargened, and they are those who carry the burden of this, the mistaken and those that defend them, they are the ones that have to carry the burden of the consequences of this.

Allah the most high clarified in His Book that ordering good and forbidding evil is a means of good and unity, and that leaving it is means of evil and disunity, Allah the most high said:

(وَلْتَكُن مِّنكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى ٱلْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ)
"And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful".
[Aal-e-Imran:104]

"And do not be like the ones who became divided and differed after the clear proofs had come to them. And those will have a great punishment."
[Aal-e-Imran:105]

Allah the mighty and majestic clarified that advice is a means to success and then clarified that the Ummah disunites and differing befalls it in accordance to its shortcoming in commanding the good and forbidding the evil.
"And do not be like the ones who became divided and differed"

I.e due to leaving off commanding the good and advising in between themselves, as mentioned by the 'Allaamah Ibn 'Utheymeen.

And the affair is with our Shaykh Yahya may Allah preserve him, and he is the father figure of us all, he will advise the mistaken, and give directions to the adviser, and every one of us stays at their limits.

As for those who inflict upon us damaging speech and attempts to disfigure us due to our advice, then we don't have any cowardice at all -by Allah- to reply to the transgression of whoever it may be with the truth, and this is a right which is legislated for us:

"For indeed the one with the right, has the power to request it"

"And whoever avenges himself after having been wronged -  those have not upon them any cause [for blame]."
[Ash-Shura:41]

And we have been transgressed against, and have had false things being said about us, whilst we -for Allah's sake- have been placed in prison for false accusations, and those who said things, said things which coincided with the false accusations against us, and we were warned from multiple times, and with this being the case we didn't take revenge for our own sake, and we saved our might against the people of falsehood, and we didn't cause a tornado in a bottle as it's said.

The most that can be said regarding the affair is that we are -and praise is to Allah- treading like other than us are treading, upon the Methodology of Ahlus-Sunnah, upon the Methodology of the Salaf; from the Companions and those that came after them. And their Methodology has in it advising each other, and they don't do Mudaahanah when there is an affair which requires advice in between themselves regarding those that fall aside from the truth by opposing it, be the affair big or small. And this in reality is a proof for the purity of our Da'wah, that there is no compromising (mudaahanah) by Ahlus-Sunnah towards each other in what are mistakes, and by this their uniting upon purity, and good and upon what pleases Allah, is completed.

And there is no gloating for the Hizbis in this, and the happiness of the Baraamikah of this, is not a weighing scale for the soundness of their gloating in this, for it to be given any consideration. As they are far away from purity, for this reason you find them compromising towards each other:

(وَدُّوا۟ لَوْ تُدْهِنُ فَيُدْهِنُونَ)
"They wish that you should compromise (in religion out of courtesy) with them: so they (too) would compromise with you."
[Al-Qalam:9]

As for some people, they don't want anyone to advise them. So they speak ill of the adviser when they advise and want from them to be silent and don't advise, with them as long as the mistaken is from Ahlus-Sunnah then they are not refuted, nor with them is their mistake clarified. So they precede taking personal feelings in before the greater benefit, which is the warding of the mistake away from the religion, from it entering into the religion under the guise of the religion and those that call to it, and at the same time with them speaking ill upon the advisers is allowed:

(ٱعْدِلُوا۟ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَىٰۖ )
"Be just; that is nearer to righteousness".
[Al-Ma'idah:8]

And this is the 'Allaamah 'Abdurrahman bin Hassan, the author of Fathul-Majeed, relaying to us the Madh-hab of the Salaf from the Companions and those after them, saying:

"The Companions, and those after them, haven't ceased to rebuke those that have opposed and made a mistake, whoever they maybe, even if they were the most knowledgable of people and the most pious, and if it was that Allah sent forth Muhammad with the guidance and the religion of the truth, and commanded to follow it, and to leave what opposes it, then from the completion of this, is that whoever opposed them from the scholars, are mistaken, and they are informed of their mistake, and they are rebuked".
Then how about those that are beneath the level of the scholars. And on the flipside what is obligatory in what relates to the advice of the adviser, who put forth evidences for their advice, is to look at their evidences, with a looking of those that want to implement the Qur'an and the Sunnah, and not the looking of those that have something in their heart against those that are putting forth evidences for their speech, and the Prophet ﷺ said:

"Arrogance is rejection of the truth, and looking down upon the people".

This is it, and all praise is to Allah lord of all that exists.

Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allah preserve him -

📥 Question:

What is the condition of Khalid Al-Mushayqih?

Can we attend his sittings in the Kingdom?

📤 Answer:

The man speaks ill of the 'Allaamah Al-Waadi'i, may Allah have mercy upon him, and he is well known to descend with the Suruuriyyah in his country and other countries, and his Tamyee' is manifest.

So I don't advise with studying with him, as the affair is as mentioned by Ibn Sireen, may Allah have mercy upon him:

"Indeed this knowledge is religion so look at he who you take your religion from".

291◾️What's the ruling of using hearts when commenting?◾️

Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allah preserve him -

📥 Question:

What's the ruling of using heart (emoji) when commenting?

📤 Answer:

It's avoided, due to it being a sign which is taken by sinners and disbelievers as a symbol for them, for passion and the likes.

And from the people of knowledge are those that mention it's a sign for some deities.

Then I have come across a Fatwa by the "Standing Committee" the head being the 'Allaamah Ibn Baaz, may Allah have mercy upon him, legal verdict no. (20950), they mentioned in it:

"In it is imitation of the people of immorality, those that take the likes of these signs to point to their impermissible love and passion for others, and they dedicate themselves in it without turning to the ruling of the pure legislation regarding it". End of speech which is intended.

Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allah preserve him -

📥Question:

What's the ruling of taking the name Shiymaa, and is it an Arabic name?

📤Answer:

(Ash-Shiymaa) is an Arabic name, Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajr mentioned in his book "Al-Isaabah" the name: Ash-Shiymaa the daughter of Al-Haarith.

And he mentioned that she was the sister of the Prophet ﷺ by breastfeeding.

And this has been narrated by more than one of the Imams.

And Shiymaa is from Shaamah, which is a sign or mark on the body.

293◾️Opening laundrettes in places where the people predominantly wear impermissible clothing◾️

Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allah preserve him -

📥Question:

May Allah reward you with good for your efforts and place it on your scales of good deeds.

What's the ruling of opening up a laundrette in some countries, whilst it contains things which are permissible and things which are impermissible, for example customers come with things which different clothes shirts and saraweel, and they might be long and other affairs?

📤Answer:

It is known that the clothes of many of the people in the country of the questioner are not in a manner that pleases Allah the most high, the majority of the mens and womens clothing containing things which are prohibited; from it is what characterises the Awrah, or it contains what shows it, or it contains particularities which are to other than the Muslims, or their symbols, or other than this which enters into the criterium of imitating them, the things which are prohibited in clothing are many.

And there is on the other hand a group of people; men and women, who have legislative clothing.

And it's known that the service of trades like this are public, nobody is able in the likes of the society of the country of the questioner, to open a trade washing the clothing of those that wear upright clothing, excluding others, doing so will being about complains against them and then they will have it closed.

After this the principle in the likes of this is:

That the point of consideration in the ruling upon something is on what usually takes place, the proof of this being the statement of the most high:

(وَإِثْمُهُمَآ أَكْبَرُ مِن نَّفْعِهِمَاۗ)
"But their sin is greater than their benefit."
[Al-Baqarah:219]

For this reason the ruling is regarding what's usually the case and the rare is not taken into consideration.

And what's usually the case that those that come with clothes to trades like this is that it contains prohibitions or a number of prohibitions, and Allah the most high said:

(وَتَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِۚ)
"And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and transgression"

📥Question:

Did he ﷺ say concerning the Mahdi;

(If you hear of him them come to him even if crawling on ice)

What is the condition of this Hadith?

📤Answer:

The Ahaadeeths of Al-Mahdi are Mutwaatir. But this wording isn't authentic; Indeed it has come from the Hadeeth of Thawbaan with Ibn Maajah and Al-Haakim and other than them.

And the conclusion is that the Hadith with this wording is Munkar (rejected). As Al-Haafidh Adh-Dhahabi said in 'Al-Meezaan' (3/128). And Ash-Shaikh Al-Albaani in 'Adh-Dha'eefah' (no. 85).

📥Question:

What's the ruling of working in a shop which sells mobile phones and speakers, and what is the ruling of opening a shop like this?

📤Answer:

If the majority of the customers who buy it will use it for pictures, and listening music, and use in the internet with it in what isn't pleasing to Allah.

Then it's not permissible to sell these phones, as selling it whilst the situation is as mentioned, is from cooperation upon sin, and Allah the most high said:

(وَتَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِۚ)

Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allah preserve him -

📥Question:

Is it allowed for us to say (I did what was upon me and the rest is to Allaah)?

📥Answer:

The expression is ambiguous; For if the intent of the one saying it is: "I took the means, and as for the rest: which is success; then it's to Allaah."

Then this is a correct meaning.

And this is what many of the people intend when uttering this. But the expression insinuates that the one saying it relied upon himself in the beginning.
And the legislated principle is that whatever of the wordings is ambiguous and carries meanings which are prohibited; then what is obligatory is distancing from this wording, and expressing with that which entails the correct meaning and intent from it, like to say:
"I did what was upon me and success is in the hands of Allaah. Or the likes of that."

And Allaah knows best.

📥Question:

An upright person asked for the hand of a commoner girl, though she does have goodness with her In-sha-Allah and she does have something of religiosity. He wants to send her a book through his sister, or a small Mutun (concised text) of fundamentals so that she may benefit from it.

So, what do you advise that he sends to her? (Bearing in mind) she is an Āmi and a beginner.

📥Answer:

We advise him to send her the book of Allah the Most High with a simple Tafsir (explanation) of it, such as the Tafsir of As-Sa’di. Also, he can send her Mutun such as:

"المبادىء المفيدة في التوحيد والفقه والعقيدة"
“Beneficial elementary principles in Tawhīd, Fiqh, and Aqidah”
(by Shaykh Yahya bin ‘Ali Al-Hājoori)

As well as a collection of audios from the people of knowledge, those who advise in Tawhid, Aqidah (creed), clarifiying the Salafi Manhaj, Fiqh, rulings applicable to women, admonitions, and eagerness to seeking knowledge.

300◾️Commenting on the speech of Shaykh Yahya◾️

Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allah preserve him -

📥Question:

Is there any commentary on the beautiful advice from Shaykh Yahyaa may Allaah preserve him?

📥Answer:

The reality is that our Shaykh - may Allaah preserve him - put forth this clear advice for all - and all are intended by it - he put it forth for us to take heed of it and to act upon what it necessitates and to convey it to the people to benefit from it, not to make commentary on it, everyone according to what aids him or directing it to what agrees with him; for that is not from good manners with the truth or the advice of the sincere advisors, Allaah said:

(ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَمِعُونَ ٱلۡقَوۡلَ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ أَحۡسَنَهُۥٓۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ هَدَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمۡ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ)

"Those who listen to the speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones Allaah has guided, and those are people of understanding."
[Az-Zumar, 18]

And may Allaah reward our Shaykh for his earnestness upon the Da'wah and gathering upon a common word upon clarity and cultivation, and upon advising and correcting and instructing his children from the callers to Allaah and students of knowledge and Ahlus-Sunnah in general.

301◾️"If you can't aid the truth, then don't forsake it"◾️

Answered by Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree - may Allah preserve him -

📥Question:

What's your advise for us, and to those that we hear speaking ill about advisers who are known by Ahlus-Sunnah for advice and knowledgebased refutations, and critiquing the people of Tamyee', every now and then in sittings they speak ill of them, and indirect more than one of them, and they speak ill of Shaykh Sa'eed may Allah have mercy upon him saying he had Ghulluw (was extreme, went out of bounds).

📥Answer:

I am asked about the likes of this question a lot, so I will respond to it by way of what Allah makes easy, so I -may Allah bless you- say:

Those that speak ill of Shaykh Sa'eed Da'aas may Allah have mercy upon him, and others of the qualified advisers who put themselves forward for this great obligation, they don't fill the gap that they filled.

So let them take it easy upon themselves, because they are only doing injustice against themselves by this:

(يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّمَا بَغْيُكُمْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِكُمۖ مَّتَٰعَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَاۖ ثُمَّ إِلَيْنَا مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَنُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ)
"O mankind, your injustice is only against yourselves, [being merely] the enjoyment of worldly life. Then to Us is your return, and We will inform you of what you used to do."
[Yunus:23]

Every time they speak ill and indirect those advisers, the love of Ahlus-Sunnah for them increase, and they increase in distance from those that unjustly speak ill of them.

"Say, "Die in your rage. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts."
[Aal-e-Imran:119]

And as it is said:

دعهم يعضوا على صم الحصى كمدا     من مات من قولتي عندي له كفن
Let them bite on stones in grief  who ever dies due to my statement I have a grave-shroud for them.

As for the callers of Ahlus-Sunnah and their Mashaayikh; the advisers, and the students of knowledge, and the layfolk from Ahlussunnah, those that knew our brother Shaykh Sa'eed and his Da'wah and his advice, they acknowledge his virtue and his efforts in aiding the Sunnah, and they don't speak ill of him nor indirect him, they believe he is a human not infallible, makes mistakes and is correct, may Allah have mercy upon him and forgive him and house him in Jannah, and grant us and our brothers from Ahlus-Sunnah an end upon Tawheed and the Sunnah and aiding it.

As for those that speak ill of him every now and then -as it came in the question- they all combined can't write the likes of his writings, and produce the likes of his product, as he may Allah have mercy upon him didn't write and author for the sake of authoring and compiling; here and there, taking the efforts of others, summarizing it and producing it under a book with his name, taking claiming for what isn't theirs, and the Prophet ﷺ said:

"The one that takes claim for that which they weren't given, is like the wearer of two garments of falsehood"

Agreed upon, on the authority of Asmaa bint Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with her.

Rather he used to write to produce benefit and benefiting Islam and the Muslims, and his books testify for this, and simplifying the difficult subjects, and warding the doubts of the people of falsehood; which requires knowledge and much reading and research and capability to author, and verifying and pinpointing what's correct, to uncover and dismantle, and this is from what Allah makes easy upon the slaves.

Not like some people think, that refutations upon the people of falsehood is that a person has eloquence or grammar or Fiqh, yes this is a must but the affair is greater than this.
︎The refutations against the people of Falsehood and Innovations, and those that misrepresent, and putting oneself forward for this, after being sincere to Allah the most high and seeking aid with Him exalted is He, and after this taking knowledge from the people of knowledge and a person becoming qualified in this:

︎It requires to have taken a number of tools of sciences ('uluum al-aalah), and legislative sciences, and capability to reach its subject matters by recollecting or going to the sources.

︎It requires much looking into the books of the Salaf, and the Imams and their remnants; statements and actions in subject matters of creed, and the Methodology of the Salaf generally in dealing with the opposers and refuting them, when to speak and how to speak and what to speak with.

▪️It requires strong focus in the meanings of terms and establishments and what it points to in Mutaabaqah (I.e in what it points to in its entire meaning), Tadhamun (I.e in what it points to in part of its meaning), Iltizaam (i.e in what it points to of meanings outside its self), and other than this.

It requires to knowing the ways of putting forth evidences, and what damages this.

And to look at what they produce of establishments and terminologies and if it's all inclusive and applicable everywhere.

︎And to what they use as reasoning, so it requires that you have knowledge in what's connection to analogy, and reasoning, and its ways and what damages.

︎And strength in studying Hadith and narrations, and knowledge of defects, so that you dismantle wrongful usage as evidence, and uncover the falsity of what they put for as evidence, everything accordingly.

▪️It requires much reading and following up, and aligning things which are alike.

Perhaps a man spends his entire days and stays up long nights, for a period of time, relentlessly finding conclusions in topics one after another, and unveiling doubts after doubts, until he wards the calamities of the falsifiers and their doubts away from the religion and the creed of the Muslims, and establishes the obligation which makes the sin of not establishing the obligation fall away from others due to their shortcomings or due to them being busy with other affairs which benefit the religion or other reasons.

︎It requires precision in choosing terms in critique, meaning you don't generalise in an area which is specific, or being ambiguous in places which requires elaboration, nor unrestrictedness in areas which require restriction.
Contrary to those who force themselves in this subject matter without precision nor giving care to these affairs, so you find them exposing themselves to critique in much of what they write, whereby the people of falsehood who are being refuted are able to find crevices in their speech and refutation which they then use to find fault with what is written, so they will have an opening to rejecting the truth which is with them, thus doing bad to the Sunnah and its people whilst wanting to do good, because those that speak in what they are not proficient in, will come with strange affairs - as it's said.

Shaykh-Ul-Islam may Allah have mercy upon him said:

"They could prevent debating and arguing, if the one debating was weak in knowledge of the binding evidence and responding to the doubts, so it's feared upon him to be corrupted by that misguided person, similar to the preventing the weak in fighting to fight someone strong from the armies of the disbelievers, if it will harm him and harm the Muslims, and be of no benefit".

"Dar'ut-Ta'aarud" (172-174/7).

︎And many other affairs which not everyone that has knowledge is able to do, for this reason if a person were to look at those who are attributed to knowledge from the Ummah from the different era as a whole, you will find the number that fulfill this great affair a very small number of them in relation to the whole.

With this they are treated badly instead of thanked and being treated good by many of the people, who when the advisers were at war with falsehood and it's people, were silent or fled away trying to escape this obligation, or were incapable to fulfill this, and with this being the case the advisers were not safe from their forsaking and their speaking ill, at a time when it was obligatory upon them to thank them for sufficing them of an obligation which is from the greatest obligations, and the Prophet ﷺ said:

"Whoever doesn't thank the people doesnt thank Allah"

As it comes with Abu Daud on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him.

And [if it wasn't for those that Allah brings about to ward the harm of them - the people of Innovation - the religion would've corrupted, and their corruption would've been greater than the corruption by the enemies who are people who are combatants, because if they conquered then they wouldn't corrupt what was in their hearts of religion except consequently, as for them then they corrupt the hearts from the start] or as Shaykh-Ul-Islam said it, may Allah have mercy upon him.

The advisers, by clarifying the falsity of the people of falsehood and the mistakes of the mistaken, are vanguards of this Ummah, trustworthy and its horsemen, warding away the distortion of the extreme and the false claims of the people of falsehood, and the interpretations of the ignorant.

The advice of the advisers doesn't go well with many of the people, because they come with what goes against the whims of the people, and as mentioned by the 'Allaamah Ibn Utheymeen may Allah have mercy upon him said:

"From the nature of humans is the causing of nuisance to the callers to good".

And this is the condition of the opposers to the advisers and the callers to good, in every time:

The most high said:

(مَّا يُقَالُ لَكَ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ قِيلَ لِلرُّسُلِ مِن قَبْلِكَۚ)
"Nothing is said to you, [O Muhammad], except what was already said to the messengers before you."
[Fussilat:43]

And the most high say:

(كَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَتَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا قَالُوا۟ سَاحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ ۝ أَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِهِۦۚ)
"Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman, Did they suggest it to them?"
[Adh-Dhariyat:52-53]

For this reason Allah the most high commanded those that call to his way and defend it, to be patient upon what they experience in the path of this, and to take an example of the Messengers and Prophets may the Salaat and Salaam of Allah be upon them, and their followers, and what they were upon of advising with the truth and patience, the most high
said:

"And certainly were messengers denied before you, but they were patient over [the effects of] denial, and they were harmed until Our victory came to them. And none can alter the words of Allah . And there has certainly come to you some information about the [previous] messengers."
[Al-An'am:34

And the most high said:

(وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ)
"And advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience."
[Al-'Asr:3]

And the most high said regarding Luqman the wise:

(يَٰبُنَىَّ أَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَأْمُرْ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَٱنْهَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ وَٱصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَآ أَصَابَكَۖ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ عَزْمِ ٱلْأُمُورِ)
"O my son, establish prayer, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, [all] that is of the matters [requiring] determination."
[Luqman:17]

For this you find many that are attributed to knowledge and Fiqh seek out staying away from establishing this great obligation, descending to the arena to whip falsehood and its people and clarifying their falsehood and the invalidity of their doubts, and speaking regarding boycotting, Al-Jarh wat-Ta'deel and Al-Walaa and Al-Baraa, and all that contains clashing with the different types of people of falsehood and refuting their infiltrating Methodologies, out of fear of being harmed and that the people will speak about them, as whoever treads this path it's a must that they will attain this, each accordingly, this path is surrounded in tests and trials.

And in the "two Sahihs" and the wording is that of Muslim, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet ﷺ said:

"Jannah is surrounded with what's disliked".

Similarly its way, and the path which leads to it.
The exalted is He said:

(وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ فَإِذَآ أُوذِىَ فِى ٱللَّهِ جَعَلَ فِتْنَةَ ٱلنَّاسِ كَعَذَابِ ٱللَّهِ)
"And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allah," but when one [of them] is harmed for [the cause of] Allah, they consider the trial of the people as [if it were] the punishment of Allah."
[Al-'Ankabut:10]

And in the "two Sahihs", on the authority of Aisha may Allah be pleased with her, that Waraqah bin Nawfal said to the Prophet ﷺ:

"O if only I was a young strong man, if only I would be alive when your people will expel you".

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"Will they expell me?"

Then Waraqah said:

"Yes, no man has ever come with what you came with except that he was harmed".

Until the end of the Hadith.

Similarly this is the situation with the inheritors of the Prophets and their followers those that tread in their paths; the callers to Allah in every time and era, each accordingly.

And while their shortcomings and their falling short is manifest, their danger would become lesser if they didn't take this way as worship, and if they weren't from those that discouraged from the obligation, as our Shaykh Yahya may Allah preserve said:

"If you can't aid the truth then don't forsake it".

But from the people are those that get tight chested by the advice of the advisers, and their writings every now and then, which are in clarification of the ways of the people of falsehood, and the mistakes of the mistaken, and the Tamyee' of the people of Tamyee', those that flail around in their defense whenever one of them has Tamyee', at a time when you find the advisers hastening to advice and clarify, whilst being precise, with proofs and the Methodology of the Salaf, and because they didn't find an entry point to them, you find them treading a path of speaking ill of them and warning from them, or accuse them of being extreme, and being upon the Methodology of the Hadaadiyyah, and other than this which they are free of and war against, all of this behind closed walls due to their cowardice and the emptiness of their pockets of having evidence to put forth.

And when they hear of some advisers going to do Da'wah in a certain place, they go and warn from them whilst in hiding, the most high said:

(يَسْتَخْفُونَ مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَا يَسْتَخْفُونَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ وَهُوَ مَعَهُمْ إِذْ يُبَيِّتُونَ مَا لَا يَرْضَىٰ مِنَ ٱلْقَوْلِۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطًا)
"They conceal [their evil intentions and deeds] from the people, but they cannot conceal [them] from Allah, and He is with them [in His knowledge] when they spend the night in such as He does not accept of speech. And ever is Allah, of what they do, encompassing".
[An-Nisa':108]

They warn from welcoming them with the claim that they will cause Fitnah, at a time when the advice of the advisers by clarifying the truth - as mentioned by the verifier Ash-Shaatibi, and As-Sam'aani before him, and after him Al-Mu'alimi and others - is a meams of correction and success, and what could take place of Fitnah, the results of the consequences its carried by the people of falsehood due to their spreading of falsehood which splits the Ummah, if someone that wants to establish the clarification of this, they say:

"This one will make Fitnah".

Fitnah is only in their warning from the callers to good, and in their prevention from the path of Allah:

(وَتَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلسُّوٓءَ بِمَا صَدَدتُّمْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَلَكُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ)
"And do not take your oaths as [means of] deceit between you, lest a foot slip after it was [once] firm, and you would taste the evil [i.e the punishment in this world] for those [people] you diverted from the way of Allah, and you would have [in the Hereafter] a great punishment."
[An-Nahl:94]

And when one of the advisers die, or trialled with imprisonment for years, others produce what they were hiding in their chests, and Allah the most High said:

(وَٱللَّهُ مُخْرِجٌ مَّا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ)
"but Allah brings out that which you are concealing."
[Al-Baqarah:72]
